Graeme is a leadership development and change management coach. He uses cutting edge academic research as well as his extensive management experience to inform his innovative coaching and leadership development approach.

Graeme has extensive experience in senior operational and executive management roles. He has successfully delivered large scale operational transformations, as well as performance turnarounds on world-scale projects. The catalyst for these transformations was the work that Graeme conducted with teams and individuals to improve their teamwork and leadership capabilities.

 

With his curiosity awakened by the realization that his work could help others achieve exceptional results, Graeme embarked on post-graduate research at Oxford University Saïd Business School and HEC Business School, Paris. This active involvement in leadership and change management research when combined with Graeme’s first-hand knowledge of modern business practices, enables a distinctive approach which maximizes impact for individuals and their organizations.

Graeme’s research into leadership did not finish at his graduation ceremony. His exploration into leadership meta-models awakened a curiosity in the evolutionary basis of leadership.
